This FSM Newsletter includes: NY Capital District Ski Council days, tips on getting fit for the season and upcoming ski trips you may be interested in.
Skiing fitness and avoiding injuries: From the NY Capital District Ski Council, we’ve received great links to information about how to get fit for the season and how to avoid injuries. Here is a great quote from the Ski Canada Magazine, “Don’t try to ski yourself into shape again this year. Get started on your preseason fitness series now”. We’ve posted all the links to skiing fitness and how to avoid injuries on our FSM Website “LINKS” page.
SKI TRIPS: We are filling up the calendar with more trips and there will be more day trips announced too. Event pages have been created for these trips and we would like for members attending these trips, to register your name on the respective event pages. Showing our trips and all the participants on our web pages helps to promote our club. Thank You.
Here is the current list of planned trips, dates and links to the events where you can see more information. Again, please register your attendance by linking to the respective event pages listed above. If you have any questions, contact the respective trip leaders.
