FYI…Big trip for 2024 and ski pass info

As you know I did a survey for next years trip and fyi, almost all who participated are agreeable to doing a northeast travel in 2024 by car trip.  I am still working out the possibilities and will meet with Snow Tours next week to see what Guido Papa has to offer in regards to discounts at some northeast areas (including Mount Tremblant in Canada).

I will also discuss what pass to recommend, but I can tell you at this time it looks like it’ll be the IKON Base Pass. Many of our members leveraged the IKON pass and would like to use it again next year for Sunday River, Stratton, Killington/Pico and Sugarbush.  Guido gave us a discount on this pass last year and I will ask him about doing that again next week.  So please hold off buying on your own but also be ready to make a payment ASAP once I confirm the process to purchase the pass in the next couple weeks.

Another pass to consider is the Ski3 pass for Belleayre, Gore and Whiteface, all are skied by our club members. The basic Ski3 pass for about $60 (price for 2022-23 season) gives you deep discounts for tickets during the year, up to 50% off midweek pricing and you break-even within 2 ski days.  We’ll keep an eye on when they go on sale and remind you to purchase this pass if you are interested.

Stay tuned and I’ll get back to you in the next couple weeks.
