New Family Ski Meister Membership

Welcome to the Family Ski Meisters Membership page. This page is useful to:

  • Current members to fill out the form for their annual membership and ensure all information for yourself and/or family is up to date.
  • New members wishing to join our fun-filled club.

To either renew or become a new member print out the attached form and you have a couple of options to submit your membership form and payment.

Fill out your form and make a check payable to Family Ski Meisters for the proper amount (see form).  Then contact our FSM Membership Coordinator at membership@familyskimeisters.com for where to mail your form and check.

  • Fill out your form and if you are a Hudson Valley Credit Union member, you can pay by transferring the correct payment to HVCU and email a completed and signed scanned form (in pdf) to our FSM Membership Coordinator at membership@familyskimeisters.com.
