Please join us on a 4 day ski trip to Killington, Vermont in 2025!  We will be staying at the same place as last year, in the Summit Lodge.

There is a 3 night option for this trip also, with the same daily room price.  If you decide on a 3 night instead of a 4 night stay, please let Marla know if you will start your stay on Sunday or Monday.  The deposit will be the same amount as a 4 night stay. The 4 night stay starts on Sunday. Please commit to either 3 or 4 nights as the cancellation policy will apply if you change from 4 nights to 3 at some point later in the year.  I will have the full cancellation policy when I sign the contract.

Dates:

1. Check-in on Sunday, Jan 5, 2025, check-out on Thursday morning Jan 9, 2025 (4 night stay) or,
2. Check-in on Sunday, Jan 5, 2025, check-out on Wednesday morning Jan 8, 2025 (3 night stay) or
3. Check-in on Monday, Jan 6, 2025, check-out on Thursday morning Jan 9, 2025 (3 night stay)

Our plan is to drive up Sunday and ski Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday before heading home or going on to other ski venues on your own (potentially to Stratton which has unlimited days on the IKON pass).

Room Pricing is as follows:

• Room for 2 with a queen or king size bed, or 2 double beds – room rate for 4 nights is $840 or 3 nights is $630 per room ($105 per person, per night, based on double occupancy). Deposit required per room is $210.
• Family room with 1 queen bed / 1 single bed / 1 set of bunk beds for 3 to 4 people, room rate for 4 nights for this family room depends on number of occupants as follows:
  1. $1200 for 4 nights with 3 people / $100 per person per night (Deposit required per room is $300)
  2. $1400 for 4 nights with 4 people / $87.5 per person per night (Deposit required per room is $350)

A continental breakfast is included with your stay. An egg sandwich may be purchased.

Please register below to confirm joining us on this trip.  It is imperative that we confirm and provide a deposit by May 15th before the rooms are no longer available at our group rate.

Ski ticket pricing:  You will have 5 Killington ski tickets on your base IKON pass for 2024 – 2025 for those that have purchased the pass.

If you do not have an IKON pass, we can only get a group rate at Killington, if we have a minimum of 20 skiers (not on IKON).  So please let me know if you will not be using an IKON pass for your ski tickets, and need ski tickets.  If we have 20 people, I will work to get a group rate, if we have less than 20, the best we can do is look around for deals that individuals in our club may have access to, or using the 25% off the ticket window price through IKON pass holders who have friends and family tickets to share.  You may be on your own for getting a ski ticket in this scenario. Discount lift tickets may also be available on the Killington website in September, Marla will keep an eye on this and make you aware of potential deals.
