FSM January 2026 ski trip to Sunday River Maine

Please join us on our annual 5 day ski trip to Sunday River Maine in 2026! Once again we will be staying in the Grand Summit Hotel with ski-in/ski-out accommodations with ski check.
Dates: Check-in on Sunday, Jan 25, 2026, check-out on Friday morning Jan 30, 2026. NOTE: Hotel Check-in time is 5:00 PM on the date of arrival. Checkout time is 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Room type options and pricing per room (w/o ski lift tickets) for the 5 days are as follows:
- Studio Superior (Kitchenette, queen-sized Murphy bed and couch) = $970.
- Studio Deluxe (Kitchenette, Murphy bed and sofa sleeper) = $1030
- One Bedroom Suite (Kitchenette, queen or king bed and either a queen-sized Murphy bed or a sleeper sofa) = $1705.
If you wish to join the Sunday River Trip for next year,

- send in a deposit of $200 per person / $400 per room by May 23, 2025.

Final Payment Due – October 15, 2025
Cancellation Policy – Reservations cancelled between receipt of deposit and 15 days prior to arrival (January 9, 2026) forfeit a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit the entire deposit amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.
